Gotta go with Christina. She is so freaking competitive. And she tries to be unemotial and detached. You feel bad for her. Especially when Burke left, she tried to be all strong, but it did hurt her. I love that she is a good friend to Mer too.
Bailey comes in second though. She is tough & she finally got the Cheif Resident.

I'd have to say Miranda Bailey. First of all, that's my first name. Also, she is fair to everyone. I also liked the episode where her high school crush came in. It showed everyone that she's human and it made it easier to relate to her. She always has things under control. I think she basically makes the whole surgical part of the hospital run.
