Go to NBC.com they probably have it on their site. or you can purchase it from iTunes. (hopefully)

It depends when it was on. Youtube.com only goes up to 10:00, so you can try google video. It just all depends ho wpopular that episode was.
PS- CHUCK isn't showed in Canada?!
