You'll have to find out. I was wandering the same thing. Maybe Tim Kring is going to make another twist like he did with Peter and Sylar. If she really is dead... well it seems cruel that Micah has lost both of his parents. It might help to keep up to date with the online graphic novels. Hope this helps.
I do think she's dead. Which will make the Micah character even more interesting. His powers are actually getting stronger, which can make for an interesting storyline.
