Question: I don't know what it is about that show but it really annoys me! Maybe it's the dumb little screens within screens or the fact that the CTU only seems to have one agent...when is Jack Bauer going to retire? Does it annoy anyone else?

24 is nonsense. It's just another stupid series that shows us how the Americans save the world.......again and again and again.......and yeah the stupid screens and bloody ticking clock annoy the hell out of me, hence I do not watch it anymore!

well technely in season 4 he retired and told bill that he dose not work for him anymore but he came back but yea if it annyos u jus dont watch it
It doesn't annoy me at all. But, in Season 6, after killing Curtis Manning, a fellow CTU agent. He becomes distraught and quits.
Then the nuke went off in Valencia. And ten minutes later, he's back in action. So, I think we need him.
In the seven season of 24, CTU is gone, Jack Bauer is no more an agent until the FBI ask for his help when the terrorist is Tony Almeida, who was believe to be dead.
24 is my favourite series ever. It does not annoy me. Jack Bauer is no more an agent in season 7. So you can say he is retire.
