It is likely Sonny but I hope it turns out to be Mac Scorpio As that would keep the Scorpio family alive and allow Mac who has been a great "Father" to Maxie, Georgie and Robin to have a child of his own
It would also be fun for it to be Scott, thus making him Logan's brother

I thought about it being Sonny but I don't know. I read a spoiler where Spinelli asks Jason to keep it a secret so obviously it's not someone Spinelli would be proud to call his father. Maybe it's Trevor.

I think it's going to turn out to be Trevor & Kate. If Sonny was his father Spinelli would have already told Jason in the beginning. When Sonny and Kate started seeing each other again it was revealed that they never slept together when they knew each other as teen-agers so therefore Spinelli can not be Sonny and Kate's child.
He can't be Sonny and Kate's child, because they never consummated their relationship when they were in Bensonhurst. They didn't first make love until they reunited in Port Charles.
I hope he's a long lost Quartermaine. They sure do need to find more illegitimate children to keep the family going, because lately it seems that the Q's are an endangered species! LOL

I also have heard the rumors that spinelli is suppose to tell Jason whom his father is. He also tells Jason to keep it a secret from certain people. So - i am stumped who could be spinelli's real father. But - who it is - it's going to be real interesting when we - the viewers find out for real.
Spinelli couldnt be Sonny's son lol. He's too nerdy, is ugly, and doesnt even look Italian or whatever sonny is.
