She has a lot of emotional issues that she's going through and trying to deal with the mistakes she's made in the past. Plus it hurts her more that her two daughters are constantly bringing up that she wasn't there for them during their upbringing..which is the truth. No one likes to hear the truth about what they did wrong...especially when it comes to their children.
