The writers currently wrote the scripts 15 episodes before the strike began and they are planning on making them all.
The next new episode--Episode 9 entitled Gemini--airs on December 13, 2007.
It is unknown when the other episodes will air after that. My guess is sometime in January because Smallville usually stops showing new episodes in December.
