Jon and Kate Plus 8?!
Question: Is anyone else annoyed with Kate and how mean/insulting she is to her husband and children. She gets mad if Jon has to go to the bathroom because it messes with her schedule. I'd be a little uptight with 8 kids too...but she is a total control freak.

I'm so sick of that show, on 2 or 3 times a day! We get it! The Dilley Sextuplets didn't do this! And yes, Kate is an abusive control freak. By the time the youngest ones are 12, I hope John leaves her for someone less controlling...

Please understand that my comments stem from her doing all this in front of the cameras. Would she be this way without the cameras giving her all this attention? As a single mom with 3 young ones from years back, I know it's tough - toddlers are very trying and a schedule is necessary, but let's show some love and compassion for the family...
Hater.....Let's see how nice and sweet you are when you have 8 kids to take care of. I think under the circumstances she is doing great. Most people would crumble in that situation.
Oh, I think that is just her personality. I think she is great, so is Jon and so are all 8 kids. It makes for a more interesting show. Remember it's reality. We don't watch just to see them eat nicely at a table and all the kids quietly go down for a nap. Right?

Yes, she does come across as really short-tempered, but until we've walked a mile in her shoes, we've no right to judge. I can't even imagine having all those toddlers...I don't even want one myself! ;)
YEAH shes like insain.. shes so mean and insulting and shes always telling those kids to go sit in the corner like wtf. And i ahte how she completly sceduhals their lives and what they eat, like its okay to do that a bit.. but shes out of control.

As a Mom of four boys, including twins, I too would be classified as a control freak. It is actually more of a total routine that generally cannot bend. If you had alot of kids you would be scheduled too, you have to be.
If he is OK with the way she treats him then I don't know what the issue really is here. I have two boys aged 31 months and I know at times even with two I get aggravated with my husband but don't ever yell at him over it.
I think in order to survive with that many children you have to be regimented and in control. And who knows, maybe he is in the bathroom forever doing what it is that men do on the toilet! She probably gets 2 seconds and an audience of six or more when she has to go to the bathroom!
~i can not imagine what life is like for them. i dont know how stressed i would be with that many kids. but, yes indeed, she is rude and snippy with her husband. she is not very likable. the kids are so cute though. im a bit sick of the show, so i choose to turn it nowadays!
yeah, she is...she's very rude to him. I don't know why Jon puts up with her. She really does need to pull that stick out of her butt!
