Near the end of the season Kendal Casablancas puts something in Logan's shower. Some kind of camera i think... why did she do that??

Actually, she opened the drain trap and got some of Duncan's hair. She did it on Aaron's behalf, and the hairs were planted at the scene of Lily's murder to make it look like Duncan might have been the killer. That introduced enough reasonable doubt to get Aaron set free.
