Is there anyone else out there who does not have cable or satellite television?!
Question: I know...old fashioned, but at least I don't have to pay for TV or go through 100 channels to find out there is nothing on. :)

wow i can't imagine living without digital cable
well there is a menu guide on satellite tv. so you do not have to go through alot of channels to find nothing. there are alot of people without satellite or cable. there are some without tv period. i see them living under bridges.
As we don't really watch TV too often, we don't spend the money for cable or satellite. It would cost almost $100 per month here in Australia for some pretty crummy channels, so why bother. Now mainland Australia may be different, but everything is monopolized and costs more here on the island of Tasmania. One broadband company, one cable company, one phone company -- no choices at all
I also don't have cable or anything. I just subscribe to Netflix and watch movies all of the time.

ME!!!!! I get kinda bored, but I already watch enough TV and movies as it is. See, I have intenna and we have, like, 12 channels. Half of them are fuzzy, one channel has reruns of shows like The King of Queens and Seinfeld (good shows), 3 news channels that have actual new episodes every week and the best one is a Christian Channel, which makes me mad because no one watches it and my fave channel doesn't come in.
Yup. ;-)
