hi, your brother is wrong and you are correct. Nobody that has ever appeared on deal or no deal has won one million dollars. The highest amount won is 750,000. I'm not really sure of who won the 750,000 but what i know is that a woman won it. But I dont think that matters because you just need to know the highest amount won on Deal or No Deal.
