house is typically arrogant and supercillious... like all experts who know their stuff... they treat their minions as thick cattle...

Well I think Wilson & House have known each other for years is one of the reasons. I think the real question is how can Wilson stand House all those years? Its maybe because he is the only person House would consider taking advice from or vice versa.
