I believe you are referring to the episode in Cycle 5 where it was part of a judging challenge, right? Man, I miss them. The one where all the judges were trying to distract them as they had to stand still?
I believe it was the episode "The Girl Who Retaliates" where Bre falls out with Nicole and Kim, and Kim is later eliminated. Hope that helps.
There have been a couple of shows like that. But the most recent one was the cycle that Nicole won. sorry don't know the number. It was the episode where Ms. J had them painted gray and for the challenge they had to pose as statues on a pillar. Several of the girls freaked because the birds kept landing on them. When they went to judging they were told to strike a pose and hold it while people around them behaved crazy
