What happened on Ugly Betty last week?!
Question: It was awesome.
Betty was haunted by visions of Bradford telling her to take care of Daniel. At the funeral, Claire (in police custody) fired Whelimena from Mode.
Whelimena decided she would not go without taking down Mode. She erased all of Mode's computer files and the magazine layout with a computer virus. As Daniel scrambled to put together the new issue of the magazine before the midnight deadline, she convinced most of the Mode staff to leave to work for her and her new magazine, Slater.
Amanda tried to be like her mother, Fey Sommers, by working on the "What's Hot" section of Mode. She failed and Christina comforted her.
Alexis spent the evening hanging out with the midget printer to convince him to extend the magazine deadline.
With Betty's help, Daniel rallied everyone together and got the magazine issue completed with a commemorative cover in Bradford's memory.
Betty finally decided that she can a good person and work for Mode and she went back to work.
The Suarezes got a hot pink Christmas Tree.

Willhena got fired and started her own magazine. Before she left Mode, she erased the entire computer system, so the January issue of the magazine got erased, so all of the Mode people had to scramble to get it done that night. While they were working on the issue, W came in and offered everyone a 15% pay raise to come work for her, so almost everyone left. They ended up finishing the issue in time.

Willamena (I can't spell her name) got fired from Mode by Claire (she fired her at Bradford's funeral).. so Willamena and Mark left and she's going to start her own magazine, Slater. Before she left, though, her and Mark planted a virus in the computer system that destroyed and deleted all of Mode's files. Henry called Betty, and she came down to help, only to find out that Willamena offered everyone a raise, and most of the employees went to work for her (surprisngly, Amanda stayed with Mode). Together, though, Betty helped the rest of the employees, especially Daniel, work throughout the night and get the issue of Mode out.
The theme of it was a new beginning... and the magazine was dedicated to Bradford, which was Daniel's idea.
Oh, and Betty was fighting internally with changes as the Christmas season approached. She didn't want anything to change, and as we saw on previous episodes, she thought that Mode was changing her. In the end, she accepted that change was part of life and bought Hilda the pink Christmas tree she wanted.... and Betty went back to work at Mode.
