Tempe's family, father and brother are both in prison, and this is the first time there is a chance for them to spend Christmas together. In order to have the use of a conjugal trailer for the family to celebrate Christmas, the warden made a deal with Tempe that, if she would kiss Booth under the mistletoe for a count of at least, one steamboat...two steamboat...at least 5 steamboat, she would okay the use of the trailer. She did it! Great kiss--really got to Booth, and her, too, I suspect, although she tried to pass it off as nothing.
