As Daniel stated in his answer it really wasn't the same after Phil Hartman was killed. He really made the show. I believe it is out on DVD. check amazon.com, walmart.com, or netflix.com
It started going downhill after Phil Hartman died. They tried to replace him with Jon Lovitz, but it just kind of fizzled out. I wouldn't be surprised if they put out dvds. Try searching on amazon.com for them.
It always teetered on the edge of cancellation, and finally was a year after Phil Hartman died. The first few seasons are available on DVD - check your video store of choice.
News Radio is out on DVD and has been for quite awhile. I'm pretty sure they are all the way up to season 5 on DVD.
