- she is a skater -she dosen't need make up - and she dosen't really act she is just her self - and she is mor put together.
Also I watch hannah montana enough to know that lily is funny and crazy and that is what you need in a show. You don't need DRAMA because that is gay and i hate dramatic shows that just add Krap to make their Ratings better.
Soo LILLY is a much better acter because she has fun with what she is doing and just has well FUNN>>>>>

i say miley b/c she is hot and a good singer. lilly is allright and she is hot to i wish i could meet them do u ? but i realy love the show there all funny shows.
I like Miley better because she is like really talented and I her act that she plays on the show a lot better then Lily's. Also she is realllly pretty!! Lily;s act is like weird!! She character seems to get really jealous of Miley like in the one episode when Oliver and Lily were fighting over who Miley was going to take backstage to her concert. She seemed like she was jealous because she gets to go to all of the shows and Oliver doesnt so I thought that Miley should have taken Oliver not Lily.

I watch Hannah Montanna all the time! I love it. Who is better... Umm... Well I like Hannah but she looks silly with the wig. Now Miley or Lily. Lily is hilarious and pretty. Miley is kind, pretty and funny. I would have to say Miley. Shes fun and nice and truly a nice person. She can sing very well too! I love her Hannah songs they are really nice to listen to. But its close because Lily is so funny..!! :P
