Is anyone else out there loving Nip/Tuck but disgusted with?!

Question: the story line of Kimber and Matt smoking dope with their baby in the house? I guess I'm old fashioned, (lol), that is infinitely the more offensive thing the shows ever done. Agree? Disagree? Best argument gets my 10 points. Have a great day!!

OMG, that first episode of them getting high off meth with baby in the cradle behind them, shocked the heck out of me but you know I think it's very realistic. People that are parents and are doing drugs are way more committed to their drugs, espcially while they are getting high, then their kids; drugs take over people lives and they are just committed to getting their next fix. Despite how disgusting and horrible the drug story line with Matt and Kimber is, I think they are doing a very good at portraying how the drugs are ruling their lives and that scene with the baby in the room was very powerful.

the whole time i was thinking how sad for the baby and it does seem wrong but its a drama and thats what they add..drama Tonight I thought they were going to go too far when Kimber said she had to check on that guy who sold them dope and he was staying there...I thought they were going to have him doing something nasty to the baby. I am so glad that it wasnt like that. But yes it does seem a little offensive, I just feel bad for the baby even though i know its just a show.

Yes, I agree.
The first show of the season, I thought the change to LA was just what the show needed and it seemed funny and lighter than past seasons. Until the first time they showed the baby. That was the same ep that started off with the "hot tub $h*tter". I am also offended by the body image story line with Sean's daughter. Then I was reeled back in with the Rosie ep. Her storyline was funny- the *** bandit- not so much. I do love the show, but I feel like I'm in an abusive relationship with it.

I agree. THo it is a growing problem that alot of people in the world are facing. This just opens our eyes to the inside of it all. I couldn't believe the ending last night when Kimber went to "check" on the guy. That was a little shocking and repulsive. I'm glad the story didn't make Matt do the porn...that would have creeped me out to the max! I feel so sorry for that child and the situation that they are in..it's sad to me.
