Is the house on Journeyman located next to the Halliwell Manor on Charmed?!

Question: While watching the most resent episode of Jouneyman, I could have sworn that I the house next door was the Halliwell Manor. My wife says I'm wrong. Did anybody else notice this?

the Halliwell Manor was a set, the front of the house was a brief filming of some ladys house in LA, and Journeyman is filmed in New York i think. So, no. CHARMED ROCKS!!!
