The O.C. i never knew why i watched it so much, now i do?!
Question: i know this isnt an actual question if you had like the same weird thing like im going to say now
i watch the O.C.now and then and i kept thinking to myself why do i watch this because its ok to watch but it didnt interest me as much but i realise now why i watch it. its ryan, as we know hes the main star of the show. the reason i watch this is more or less because of him, he made an impact on these peoples lives, hes like made a difference in these peoples lives, made them open their shells, then he gets the perfect girlfriend, the bestmate he could ask for, plus if it wasnt for ryan seth wouldnt end up with summer who ends up being ryans girlfriends bestmate, then we have the group of ryan, seth, summer and marissa came from different backgrounds brought together who became very very good mates and it was all because of one guy

yes, this guy may not be a superhero
its the same with one tree hill !! .. nathan was the bad guy at first but then everything changed when he met hailey who was so good and innocent. If it wasnt for nathan his brother wouldnt have found out he had a heart condition and he and hailey wouldnt have found their true love and have a baby and what not..theres so much more but if the show didnt have nathan it would be such a boring show because nothing owuld have happened or changed

personally, i watched the show because it was funny. And it was funny mostly because of seth and the writing.
Ryan's character is not that special. There's usually character like that in most of the tv dramas. Like in Lucas in One Tree Hill. They even had the same alternate reality thing with what life would have been like if lucas was not his 'good' self...
