I think they will break up, and I hope they do. They aren't good for each other. Spencer is just plain crazy, and so is his nutty sister. Wow, she was a trip! I hope they break up so that Heidi can get out of that brainwashing relationship and maybe be friends with Lauren again, if she will ever forgive her.
I think Heidi and spencer will get married THEN break up and Heidi will come crawling back to lauren. :)
I think sooner or later they will end...but probably not on this season...we will probably hear about it after the show ends that they split..or if there is another season which for some reason i doubt there will be...im wondering when this season will end..i feel like ive watched 100 episodes so far.

i think they will get married! i agree with what spencer said on tonight episode...if him and Heidi broke up...lauren would be begging Heidi to hang out again...people need to realize that this is a show...its been edited and Heidi and Spencer have both amitted to staging some of what you see between them...like when he told her last season to get out of his car.
