good point.. I don't think they can actually charge people for saying they have posessed illegal drugs tho, I think the police need to have physical evidence.

Because it's all in the name of 'entertainment' and it's not actually a live show.
cos they are scared that mr.kyles bodyguards might flatten them,cops prefer the easy life,give them a kid with no lights on their bike,and seven cars,twelve vans,armed responce,and the chief constable will turn out.
The show is not live. The cops would be wasting their time (again). Besides, admission to taking drugs only circumstantial evidence. THe police would not get it past the desk sargeant.
I think you should get in touch with ITV, you've just thought of a whole new show!
because they have no proof that they have drugs on them or have taken drugs
they just have their mouth as evidence not enough
but they should all be arrested

unless the Jeremy Kyle team find drugs on their guests, they can't do anything, these people are brave enough to admit they have a habit, that's why they go on the show....some REALLY do want help, and some just go on the show for the money....also they have drug councillors on the show to help them, but they can't call the police just because someone claims to be a drug addict...
