The reason that brad wants to get guardianship over the fetus is because her parents want to end her pregnancy to save her her life. Everyone who wants Victoria to end her pregnancy would be J.T., her father and nick is trying to really stay neutral in all this. The ones who want to save the baby is her mom, and brad. At least someone is watching out for Victoria's interest when it come to her unborn child. She wanted that baby very much. Plus - that bay could also be brads unborn child as well.
