Lisa was sent home, she and Heather were in the bottom 2.
This week's challenge was a high-flying posing challenge in which the girls were to hold martial arts poses while hoisted in the air. Bianca was afraid of heights and refused to participate, so she was disqualified. Heather won the challenge.
This was the CoverGirl shoot week, the girls had their commercial and photo shoot. In general, the girls took good pictures. However, Heather had her lines fed to her and still did poorly in reciting the lines, hence her being in the bottom 2.

The girls did Covergirl commercials and a photo. In general, they did quite badly, accordingly to Tyra. Lisa and Heather got placed in the bottom two due to their particularly unsatisfactory performances on the commercial. They both had trouble with memory: Lisa started breaking down in front of the camera, and Heather was making frustrated faces and had to have the lines fed to her.
Ultimately Lisa got eliminated because she was burning out and couldn't absorb critiques or bad moments without crying her eyes out. It was really sad, actually; she was one of my favorite girls.
