It was Ghostwatch and as others said it wasn't Anneka Rice, it was Sarah Green with her hubby Mike Smith in the studio with Parky!
Yes it scared the bejesus out of me especially when it would show the "ghost" and only the kids could see it!

Sorry it was actually Sarah Greene who did Ghostwatch back in 1992.Scary stuff too !!
They released it on DVD last year and it just seems really tame and obviously fake now, I was really disappointed when I re-watched it. Remembered it as being so much better.
