I deaf. think Lexie...especially since she sawe Merideth w/ their dad; I think she might be a little jealous
it looked like they all got out of the way in time. on a different promo it showed bailey trying to treat someone, who doesn't want her, so it can't be bailey. besides on abc's site it's down as the paramedics who get injured, doesn't mention anyone we know, like the interns or bailey.
The previews were pretty vague as to who would be getting hurt, but...since you asked that question, you should check out "Ask Aussiello," on www.tvguide.com because he gets the goods on Grey's Anatomy, they aren't blatant spoilers, but he HINTS a lot, and it could be interpreted in many ways. I think it could be Bailey, because she's supposedly narrates one of the upcoming episodes, and not in a good way.
