that's a tough one, i'm going to guess bianca, but it's typically one of the first 2 girls they show and before deliberations when they show 2 - 3 girls it's one of them always...

In fact I know she is because I just watched ANTM. I don't, Bianca refused to do the challenge but Lisa was breaking down during her commercial. And Heather got special treatment because of her disease. She got fed the lines and still couldn't do it!
