Question: I have that question on my mind to, how come she didn't check up on her date. I didn't think she wanted to go out with him in the first place. I think she went out with him because Morgan was like Idk and Garcia kind of took it like Morgan meant that she can never get a guy so she went out with the dude. I don't think she will be gone. Hopefully she isn't because I've been missing Gideon.

not everyone has a record and it would be illegal for a government agent to look without a warrant. if not illegal then at least an abuse of power.
She's such a cool and unique character in this show and I don't think she'll be gone, at least not in the coming episode"Penelope", because that's her name, so it will tell us exactly what's gonna happen to her.
As why she didn't check her date, I think the reason is if it is judging by her look, she's not the kind of girl that get picked up by good looking guys all the time, she's really happy that this guy asked her out, she thought maybe this is someone who did not care about her appearance but her inside. She wants to believe it's real. I feel really sorry that she got shot by him and really wants to know what's gonna happen next.
I think Garcia probably would have checked him out, except Morgan p*****d her off. He didn't mean anything by it, but it was like he was trying to run her life, and she felt kind of like he was saying she couldn't get a guy who was good looking. I doubt if she's going anywhere, but the Morgan character is going to go through a *real* crisis of faith - it's kind of a continuation of last week's episode.
