Question: I would think with all the doctors and nurses floating around they would have noticed if she just bumped her head.
However I do think she is still alive, because I suspect Helena is behind the whole thing and she injected Emily with the same drug the Cassadine's used on Leslie long ago.

You know I wish I could say she isn't because I loved where her and Nikolas were going but she is deffinetly dead. No one stays out cold like that without a heartbeat for that long.

well, according to Soap Digest, she is not a ghost, but she is not alive. She is not Nicolas's concience like Alan is Tracy's but no one can see her but him. So I honestly dont have a clue. They are saying it will be the most romantic love story of a life time playing out until may. It is going to really weird and interesting to say the least. I cant wait to see what happens!
Yeah, the only thing I've read spoiler-wise is that she'll be 'around' till May, kinda like Alan was, to haunt Nikolas. I really wish she wasn't gone either, she was a character I was less familiar with, but she was really nice, kind, and patient when trying to help others with all their drama. I keep reading about other people saying she may not be really dead, and they give reasons, but I'm not familiar with them cuz I'm a fairly new GH fan and I don't know all the history. It's a soap, I guess anything could really happen, but we can do nothing but wait and see.

Yeah, she is definitely dead, but she will be "haunting" (or whatever) Nicholas until the spring, kindof like Alan did to Tracey. But did anyone notice that when they shot close-ups of her lying there after she died, you could totally see Natalia Livingston breathing, her chest moving up and down.They probably shouldn't have gotten the camera in that close....
Unless she was drugged by Helena, then yes she is dead. Don't you think Elizabeth or another doctor/nurse would have realized that she was knocked unconcious, meaning she'd still have a pulse?
Yeah I kinda think she is really dead. With all those people crying and pulling on her,she's dead. Helena hasn't been seen in a long time,it would be kind of strange for her to be behind this-people said the same thing when Courtney died. I was disappointed more people didn't die.
i hope shes not, but fear she might be... then again-her contract does not end until may so.....

Yes at this time she is, the show has said if in the future she wants to return they have idead to do it. She wanted to leave and they did not want to recast her so for now she is really dead.
Yes, unfortunately. I think Coop is the one who strangled her and Leticia. Natalia's contract isn't up until May so Emily's ghost may hang around until then.
