It certainly appeared that way...It looked like he had the same regenerative powers as Claire.
Yes--at the end, we see the collection of blood taken from Claire in an IV inserted in her father; his eye grows back, and he wakes up from a seemingly dead state.
He came back after Bob brought his body and Claire's blood to some secure facility, presumably the one where "Adam" was held for lo those 30 odd years. It sounded like he started to say "Oh, sh..." before the end of the scene.

he did come back to life! but what to do with him? they cant brain wash him because the Haitian is on his side and no where to be found! i cant wait to see whats gonna happen next! can you believe there is only 3 episodes left!?
