You are speaking about Nadine. She is the sister of the nut job that went whacko on Night Shift. (dont remember her name) She came on a few weeks ago at the hospital to visit her nuts sister in the whacked out ward. Spinelli was being the sweet heart that he is when he invited her as his date to the ball. I really figured she would be axed when she showed up in the same outfit as Lulu, but nope she survived, so now we have to see how she fits into the canvas.

Her name is Nadine and she's a sister to Jolene who was the nurse that was killed in an explosion during the Night Shift series and it was written into the daytime show. She came on the show looking for answers about her sister's death.

She is Nadine. If you watched Night Shift, there was a student nurse named Jolene who was participating in sabotoging the hospital. Long story short, in the last episode she got shot, and was not dead but in a coma or whatever in the hospital. Nadine is her sister who appeared after that happened, and now she is a new character on GH. She is also a nurse.
The "blond" you call it ... is none other than Lulu Spencer "Fair maiden" who btw had a brief encounter with Jason "Stone Cold" as Spinelli calls him. Lulu is staying over at Jason's place right now and Jason's ex hates his guts for mixing with Elizabeth -- ain't that some funny ****.
Jason had a brief thing with Elizabeth Spencer (Lulu's brother/Lucky's ex-wife) of one yr ago. They split amicably for the children's sake. Elizabeth's second child is Jason's child. He knows -she told him when she thought she was losing the baby.
Luke is married to Tracy Quartermaine for money reasons only he don't love her but they think alike. Laura/Luke are still married in name only for the kids sake at this time.
