The premise has always been that at the end he could choose either of the final two or no one. If he chooses one, they can date or get engaged or one guy did a promise ring thing. BTW, Brad (the most recent Bachelor) was the first to choose neither. Also, at each rose ceremony when he offers a girl a rose she can accept it or not & though it's not common, they have been turned down in past seasons. This year he apparetnly slept with 3 of the girls from what they said, but there have been seasons where they made a point to let you know that they DIDN'T sleep together, so it's really up to the individuals whether or not they have sex.
One couple is married, but it was a Bachelorette (Trisha) who choose a guy (Ryan). She had been the #2 on the first Bachelor. There is at least one couple who might be dating still, but it doesn't usually end well. They know each other & date for about 8-10 weeks & then they date in secret with limited contact for 2-6 months...not exactly a recipe for a healthy relationship.
I have a lot of respect for Brad to have not allowed himself to be pressured into a relationship. Where did we get the idea that a bunch of TV producers could select 25 people & that one of them HAD to be the PERFECT person for you?!?! That's nuts & that pressure is why most of "The Bachelor" relationships have failed.
From what I know, only 1 couple out of 10 has married, and there may be 2 others that are dating.
I CANT WAIT ITS ON IN ONE MINUTE! you should watch it maybe? its actually a pretty good show if you like romance realitys, but if you dont, its a waste of your time. <<you aint gettin any while many lovely ladies are!!

The series revolves around a bachelor courted by 25 women. The show follows the bachelor as he goes on a series of dates with the women, some of them group dates, some one-on-one dates. On each episode women are eliminated, generally during the rose ceremony at the end of the episode, but sometimes on the dates (during what are called "elimination dates"). The process culminates towards the end of the season with a few of the women going on overnight dates and meetings between the bachelor, the women, and their respective families. At the end of the show, the bachelor is to pick one woman with whom he would like to continue a relationship. Sometimes he proposes marriage and sometimes other levels of commitment.
idk i just see it as a really boring version of the flavor flav and i love new york shows
