Gosh I really hate that show!
It seems even the most violence intolerant people (Mother & sister) like it simply because of that weird boss guy with the ruff voice.
It really is quite comical.
i believe there was a major screw up and he was demoted, but I'd certainly like to know myself, so when you find out, please let me know.
I think on the first episode of this season it was explained that he took some kind of test and got a promotion.
