In my words what I can remember. She said some thing like : I not only bring the bacon home I cook it. I'm a woman that brings a lot to the table and I need a man that does the same and you're not ready for that. The he left with Meredith as he notice that nurse form his surgeries in the bar as well. ^_^ DJ
She told him that he was not ready for a commitment yet and that is what she was looking for someone else. It was a fancy way of not saying that he was not over Meredith. Of course, then came the nurse and he found himself tempted to be with her, until Meredith showed up and they walked off together from the bar hand in hand, her and Derek. But that is the summation of her message to him, though she seemed to say it three times to make it seem like she was letting him down easy.

I bring home the bacon, I cook it, I serve it," something like that, she said she brings a lot to the table and she's looking for a man who can and is ready to do the same and meet her needs. And she emphasized: "ALL my needs." Then they shook hands and she left.
