Any ideas on how Dexter is going to get away with being labeled the "Bay Ha!

Illegal search and siezure by doax who was not on duty so the evidence is no good.
And what does the evidence actually show?
He is a blood expert with slides of blood samples for people that went through the blood lab at the police station he works in.
It is not a smoking gun.
It is more like a smoldering ember from a fire long since put out.
Possible explanations:
1. Doax planted it or fabricated it because he is after Dexter and has been for weeks. He stalked and assaulted Dexter. It is not without credibility that he planted evidence on Dexter. He had access to the bodies and to Dexter's lab and since there was no warrant to search Dexter's apartment the evidence is inadmissable as evidence and easily refutable.
2. Dexter never brings any weapons with him, his boat is clean, his van is clean, in short he is clean, and I suspect his new girlfriend will lie something fierce to protect Dexter, so he probably has an allibi for the murders, or at least some of them.
3. He tells them he was working on the case in his spare time to try and crack the murders. His slide file gives him a speedy reference to compare remains and trace evidence with his file.
But my favorite is just blame it on Doax. He created it and made it look like Dexter was to blame because he is a dirty cop and Dexter made him look bad on yet another murder case.
That is where I would go.
ahhhh oh god. i have no idea...but he'll get out of it.
theres no way they're gunna let his character go to jail...hes the show.

Dexter is going to turn it around and make it seem like Doakes is the butcher and trying to set Dex up for it. They only have Doakes' word that he got the slides from Dexter's apartment. I think Doakes is going to go down for being the Bay Harbor Butcher.
