Phyllis vows revenge on Jana, Can someone tell why? what did Jana do?!

The guard told Phyllis that contraband was found in her stuff. And she immediately assumed that Jana was setting her up. It turns out that Phyllis had two things she made in her craft class and she was only allowed one item her cell.
That's why she got in trouble.
I'm not sure either, but I remember her telling Phyllis that she wouldn't cover up for her anymore. She must have gotten caught doing something and Jana told on her.

Phyllis thought Jana had set her up by putting something in there that was dangerous. Turns out to be a picture frame from crafts class. Apparently, inmates can use the phone at will, but cannot make more than one craft project. Go figure.
