Question: that show last night on BBC1/2 about them Bulgarian Children in an Institute, I couldnt believe children were living like that, the carers did not care, and the director of the Institute didnt give a **** about the children all she was bothered about was getting money for a new computer, is there anything anybody can do to stop this??

x. those poor children, with their stick thin frames and joints beginning to fuse because of lack of movement, the way they shovelled the food into the children's mouth, i just sat and watched in disbelief, how can they go home at night with a clear conscience. somebody has to put a stop to these institutions. x

UNICEF could or the European Courts, issues human rights or you could set up a essay, petition going send it to either, let them investigate.
