SIG = Spectrum is Green. Captain Black is an agent who was taken over by the mysterons, but he's not their leader.

S.I.G. was "Spectrum is Green"...basically "All systems go"/ok/understood! I'm sure you're son could answer your qauestions with that tag line.
Captain Black was a human who became a Mysteron agent I believe. He wasn't the leader of the Mysterons per se, just a human working for the Spectrum group, the goody agency defending Earth from the pesky Martian Mysterons..!
