because of a couple of people before me putting the script on their answer, I remember that episode. It was pretty funny!

The title of that episode is E-I-E-I-(annoyed grunt) or aloud (E-I-E-I-D'oh) and it is from season 11 episode 5.
I am sorry to advise you that at least in the USA this season is not available in a dvd collection, however in the past I have been able to find things online either as video on sites or through file sharing.
