I think that we need to keep in mind that Isaac's paintings show the truth, but not the whole truth. For example, the one painting showed Peter, dead in front of the Homecoming banner. This came true. But what Isaac didn't paint was Peter recovering because he had absorbed Claire's regenerative abilities.
Given this, and also given what we saw about how Adam's blood healed Nathan, here's what I think will happen:
Mohinder will kill Bennet, or at least shoot him and fatally injure him. Claire will be there and will be able to use her blood to heal him. I'm not sure how they'll do a transfusion, since Claire doesn't carry syringes around with her, but Mohinder might. If he's still there and horrified by what he's done, he'll help.
I think bennet will try and kill bob as he is the source and gets shot by suresh as niki went home to her son to die with him.

Exactly what I was thinking except for the Niki Sanders part. If you have paid attention to the 8 pictures that were done by Issac Mendez, all of them have come to pass except the last 2 which is one of HRG getting shot and another of Suresh with a gun from The Company but it might have something to do with Claire's boyfriend as in that picture which HRG gets shot, you she her kissing him.
