If we stopped all the immigrants coming in, we wouldn't have to beg to the UK people for money for our British kids in need. of help and care.
If we didnt have such a large influx of immigrants, the money we spend on giving them free housing, benefits, NHS etc, etc, would be available for the needy who have lived here all their lives and haven't been as lucky as some us have.
Third world Country's would laugh at us that we have to have a TV marathon for 9 hours to ask for money for children in UK, when they starve and live in such bad conditions that we have never experienced.
Where does all the money go that the British people pay weekly/monthly for Health insurances? Yes its the immigrant explosion.

I enjoy the entertainment. I dont spend hours trying to get thru on the line, I Just make a donation at the bank.

SIR Terry Wogan is a living legend, and is now an assimilated Englishman, even though he is Irish, he is OUR Irishman now and worth every penny.
But Children In Need is extremely tedious, he is too good for that.

I agree, it's all getting a bit tired and it's lost it's novelty. Plus I think that the British public have charity fatigue and really cannot be arsed to make a donation - even though it's a worthwhile cause.
My biggest concern is what percentage of the money raised actually go to the children in need - and I am not sure what they classify as in need (but that could be just me as I have never been in to all that stuff)
The money that is donated may be used for the paying all those acts to make an appearance and even if they don't charge a fee their is all their expenses and little luxuries to take in to account right down to the person who has spent the last few months sending out packs... not all of them are volunteers surely!!!
