Question: What an amazing programme.I've not missed one over the two weeks it's been on our tv's.The highlights for me have been the beavers and wild boars.I wish it could have been on for longer than two weeks though.What about you? Apparently (looking at their website) there is going to be a Christmas special.:o)

Yes. It was lovely!
Its really sad that the Beeb can only manage to give us 2 weeks of this kind of show, yet something as trashy and pointless as "I'm A So-Called Celeb Get Me Some Publicity" or "Big Bruvva" can drag on for a month or so.

Autumnwatch is PATHETIC and so are its presenters. Kate Humble knows NOTHING about the subjects she talks about on the show, take away the autocue and the bimbo would be lost.
Mindless drivel that should be on in the middle of the afternoon for the kids.

superb show I live not far away from marton mere and didnt realise what a place it was and all the other places in the north west.have seen those great flocks of birds on the beach near formby squirrel sanctuary what an incredible site when they take to the air

I think it's a lovely programme. Shame it's on at the time it is though, as it interferes with other programmes.
I haven't seen it yet. I loved Springwatch. My sister records this sort of thing for me and now it's finished a tape should be winging it's way to NZ as we speak! :)
I agree that the presenters can be a little over the top but Bill Oddie (sp?) DOES know his stuff.
I do miss British TV sometimes.
Yes, I love it too. Bill Oddie gets on my nerves after a while though.
But the beavers were soooo adorable - it was mesmerising watching them build their nests!

thought it was brilliant and my favorate part was the beavers sooo cute
my husband was strangely dissappointed when he was told he would be seeing katie humbles beaver...not what he was expecting apparently
