Which one is better: heroes or lost?!
Question: They're both good.
Lost was amazing for the first two seasons, then got kind of stupid during the third (I really don't care about the Jack-Kate-Sawyer love triangle), and Heroes is still at the very beginning of its second season.
There is a lot more mystery to Lost that is great to analyze (go to one of the websites where they have episode discussions. It's crazy!) and shocking surprises.
Heroes is more fun and action-packed.
I really like both of them, but if I was *forced* to choose, I'd definitely pick Lost for the many "WTF?!" moments and the psychological aspect. It's more of a thinking person's show.
Edit: Lost won't be canceled in 2009. The producers have said from the beginning that the show will end in 2009 with everything wrapped up.

Oh My God!! Are you crazy!! Absolutely Heroes!! Have you seen them! Everytime i see a heroes episode i cant wait until i see the next one, they're just soooo suspensful. I've never seen Lost but i dont plan on either =]

Defanitly HEROES!!!! First season was gr8 and second seson so far even better.
I heard the Heroes cast rescues the lost cast from the island, and are starting a new reality series together.
hmmm... what kind of catchphrase is "save the cheerleader, save the world"?? It's a pretty weak one in my opinion. I'd go with "Stick together, Die Alone" anyday.
lost was good and bad it sucked you into so you'd see if something was actually revealed and you got some answers for things but then something new would leave you hanging where heroes isn't like that so in that way heroes is better cause it doesn't piss you off
