Definitely some very promising designers this year. I am really looking forward to it. I don't know any of their names yet, but I loved the big guys dress and also the guy who won the first challenge dress. Even the girl who made that ridiculous train had a gorgeous dress, until it got to the bottom. What was she thinking? She's lucky it didn't cost her in the end. Many other designers I liked, but we didn't have enough time to really take in most of the designs since there are so many right now.
I love this show and am SO glad it's back!
I liked the big guy's dress (I think his name was Chris) as well. It was absolutely gorgeous!
I also liked Rami's dress (the greek toga-like one) as well as the punk girls' dresses. They were so pretty to look at!
Elisa... I don't see her staying on the show very long. I think that the whole reason she's on is to give the show the initial comic relief (i.e., the William Hung factor). I freaked when I saw her rubbing that gorgeous fabric into the grass. I was dissapointed that she didn't use it as a main piece of her dress mostly b/c I wanted to see how fugly it would appear in the outfit. The "pooing fabric" remark left me in stitches!!!
I liked Christian's design, but I hated the color & fabric designs that he chose. I don't really like plaid, especially when it is a tan fabric. Maybe if it was a different color I'd have liked it more. In any case the sewing was very good for something that was whipped up so quickly.
I'm so glad that the show is back on!!!
I loved Rami's dress, plus he seems to be a pretty grounded person (not taking himself too seriously).
I think Christian is a talented young man but he takes himself way too seriously for being only 21.
Elisa is a strange one. She seems very creative and earthy but strange.
I also liked Kevin's dress and Chris' dress in tonight's runway show. I liked Ricky's dress even though the judges said it was boring and safe.
I love Rami ! He is the guy that won tonight .
Christian looks like he is going to be a lot of fun. He was cracking me up when he was talking about the other designers. I think he is gonna be very entertaining.

They give you $ 50,000 worth of fabrics and you HAND sew a plain white dress badly ! WTF ! This is Project Runway man not 8th grade Home Economics .
