Question: I couldn't believe that he was so stupid. And it was so obvious. It was stupid that Phyllis didn't want to wait for Michael to call her and tell her the results after the hearing was over. I think that was the dumbest things the writers could have come up with. Where is Phyllis' brains??? As a mother (at least she's supposed to be),why would you put your child in that position.

He was a straight clown for doing that, if Phyllis didn't know better at least Daniel should have.
Well if she does lose her appeal or work release it won't be because of what Daniel done. I think Michael really didn't give a good plea for her to begin with. His mind is else where with everything going on! I've never really been a Phyillis fan, but I don't think she should be in jail for what she's done!
