Who knows...a lot of this stuff is really amped up by producers and lots of editing to make situations look worse then they really are

That show is too scripted. So, it could be true :)

Yes, I read one time at a restaurant they kept filming one scene over and over to get it "right." It's not filmed spontaneously.
