There certainly has been a rumour in the press that Davros will return and will be played by Ben Kingsley. Although, I tend never to believe Doctor Who rumours in the press unless officially confirmed by the BBC, I think this one sounds more believable than most. Davros is bound to turn up at some point I reckon, but maybe not in the next series itself.
From recent BBC announcements, it looks like the main bad guys in the next series are going to be the Sontarans, and I can't see them re-introducing Davros in the same series to steal the Sontarans thunder.

So if there is any truth in the rumour that Davros is coming back, I would think it will probably be after the next series - maybe in the 2008 Christmas special, or one of the three 2009 specials which will fill the gap before series 5 in 2010.
I also must say that, although it's pretty much a certainty that Martha and Captain Jack will be involved in the next series in addition to Donna, and they will most likely feature in the finale - to have Rose and her family, Mickey, Sarah Jane and K9 all in it as well would just be complete overkill. There just wouldn't be room in the story to give them all decent coverage and I reckon that particular rumour is just complete hogwash.
Also - don't miss "Time Crash"- the Doctor Who mini-episode for Children in Need. It's on tomorrow night, 16th November, and will feature both the 10th and 5th Doctors.

it has been rumoured that Davros will appear at the end of the fourth series along with rose Tyler but nothings been confirmed.

It has been rumoured that Davros will return and will be played by Ben Kingsley. At the end of series four a special two part adventure featuring Davros is supposed to be being made. It is also rumoured that the Doctor will be accompanied by Donna, Martha, Rose (and her family), Sarah-Jane, K9 and Jack.

If they do bring back Davros, it will **** up the story line that there was only 3 daleks left after the war with the Time Lords.But Davros does have the habit of turning up.Also in Remberance of the Daleks,Davros had become almost fully dalek.{see dvd/video]
