How much does it cost to be in the audience of the Oprah show? How hard is it to!
Question: I have loved Oprah since I was a little girl - I watched her my entire life and now I live in Illinois but I have never been to her show. She's made a huge impact in my life - to see her in person would be out of this world! But my little family doesn't have a lot of money, and I was wondering if anyone knows how much a ticket costs, or how hard it would be to get to the show? How amazing would it have been to be at any one of the "Favorite Things" episodes?! There are so many I wish I had been there for. Thanks in advance.

It's free... You just have to order them like a year in advance... I'm sure there's information on her website.
EDIT: Keep an eye on this website: http://www.oprah.com/tows/program/tows_p... It will tell you when tickets are available. I will warn you, when they are, you have to be quick on the phone, and probably have to get lucky. I remember when my wife tried to get tickets, they were all reserved within a matter of minutes to being available.
The tickets are free, but you have to order them in advance on her website. Could be a longggg waiting period though. Good luck!
