With the writers strike there might be reruns before summer, but it's usually not until after May sweeps season when networks show reruns. There will likely be a few during the holidays, so I would keep checking fox.com to see if the episode might be reshown sooner. Otherwise you can ask around to see if anyone you know has a recording you could borrow.
Reruns don't come on till the seasons over. That won't be for a while.
