According to the legend, No! Clark cannot have #$@ with humans. The act causes him to lose control and he could seriously hurt, if not kill, Lana or any other partner. The act was only made possible through the power transfer in this episode. Now if only the producers of the show would let Clark fly it would be more believable, after all a flying Superboy is more realistic than an oversexed one!
